Payment--A deposit of 25% (non refundable) is required to arrange a commission with the full balance due upon approval of the finished portrait which you will be able to view via email. Once approved your painting will then be framed and available for collection/despatch. Payment for Prints, Cards and Photography is required in full at time of      order .Payments can be made via Pay Pal, Credit Card, Cheque or Cash on Collection.

Delivery--For commissioned work will be discussed when the order is placed. It is      always best to order well in advance if the painting is required for a particular date. Please note that these may vary slightly depending on the nature of the commission.

Photography--If you are providing your own photographs, please send a clear close up picture of the face, the pose required plus a few others for reference, for multiple subjects please photograph the subjects together for size comparison. I can arrange to take the photographs for you and depending on distance, there may be a small fee.

Framing--All paintings include a cream mount and standard frame in either gold or light or dark wood, please specify when ordering. (commissions page)

Satisfaction Guarantee  - A true likeness of the subject is guaranteed. Should any   adjustments be required, the client must advise Kerry Beere of this within 48 hours of taking delivery.

Copyright  - Publishing and reproduction/printing rights for all artwork remain with Kerry Beere and paintings/artwork must not be copied, reproduced or published in any form without her express written permission. The same applies for all photographs taken by Kerry Beere and the client agrees that commissioned images and photographs may be used by Kerry Beere for promotional purposes, prints for sale, or any other  purpose.
